The location is excellent with excess to the beach, room are spacious and comfortable it has all the features for a 5 star hotel however needs attention.

There is room for improvement,this message is to the management, the facilty needs a uplift by investing in the staff attire, room facilty,bathroom fixtures, plants to creat a better ambiance within rooms lobby,

It was really good the place is amazing but have to do something about the food and the WiFi

The hotel is old and well maintained, the location is really nice and quiet so was good!

The food is always the same thing is like please do something different!!! The WiFi in the rooms is terrible so if you are a digital nomad like me or just have to work is not good because also the signal reception on the phone is really bad!

Good

The food was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful. It is a lovely location by the beach and close to the shops in Ukunda.

The music in the evening was loud and intrusive and not at all tuneful! There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room. There was no mosquito net until we requested it from housekeeping.

Good clean spacious rooms. Staff are very welcoming and do their best to help despite the limited resources they have to work with. The location in Diani and proximity to shops and restaurants was perfect for our needs.

The whole hotel is quite run down and in need of a significant upgrade. That being said rooms were clean and well aired, and comfortable. The beach is a little disappointing as it's not the nicest part of Diani beach.

I stayed there between 8th to 13th of February As a solo female traveller security is a big issue for me. I lost my expensive watch during my stay there and nothing has been done, i keep pushing for updates and receiving none. Ps for the ladies, be on the look out for sexually inappropriate staff members Wouldn't recommend staying here.

I felt the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean each day. The location was central and easy to walk or take a tuk tuk to stores and shops.

It was good and we are considering staying in the same place in my next visit.

The ambience was good and the customer care was perfect.

The fan in the room was not working well. I understand its an old hotel, so basically they need to upgrade their appliances.

Friendly staff from the people at the gate,the receptionist booking up to the chef.I had a flu and only requested for hot water but the chef ensured I had a strong concoction of lemon,honey and tangawizi.The flu was contained.Thank you for the great experience.

Not worth the money

The wait staff were lovely. The pool was great (if they kept it more clean during the day). The location is right on the beach

Everything else, old, old, old, the matress is 20 years old, the bathrooms were dirty, the towels from the pool were unclean & very old with rips in them. The staff you could tell were doing the best job they could. Management however were terrible! The food was average. It was the same every night, cooked well, but it was like going to a local restaurant every night, but they charged 100 times more than a local place. The resort could be amazing with a little TLC. Oh & watch out for the shop attendant, she was trying to get me to give her sister a job as a house help. Totally unprofessional . We have made numerous attempts to contact the property for a partial refund, however they refuse to speak with us. Very disappointing

Everything. The hotel is the dirtiest we have ever stayed on. We were a couple of 4 friends who wanted a good time in Diani and we were very dissapointed after paying $940 per room for 3 nights. No value for money. The food was horrible, it was dirty and noisy. The beddings and towels are brown. The bathroom is flooding, the mattress is so old and there are bed bugs. The furniture is so old and not maintained. Well its simple to say that this hotel needs major refurbishment before taking any guests. Our entire stay was ruined because of this hotel amd we ended up not liking Diani because of our experience from Kaskazi. The matress had sunk inn it was a nightmare sleeping on it They dont deserve to charge anyone for their horrible hotel.

Loved the pool,good location.needs renovation.overpriced

The pool was great- clean,near the beach and kid friendly. The pool attendants were very nice and watched over the kids- were assertive when he came to issues of safety. The food was decent, could be a bit more variety however the special meal for New Years was great with wonderful presentation.

Rooms are outdated including beds and showers, towels are thin and with holes in them. Beach in front of hotel has a small sandy area the rest is rocky with a large number of sea urchins - not so pleasant if you step on one of them. The pool loungers are worn with foam showing they turn covers.
